Job Description

Description Accounts Payable: + Process vendor invoices, ensuring accuracy and proper coding + Match purchase orders, invoices, and receipts + Maintain vendor files and respond to inquiries + Prepare and process weekly check runs and ACH payments + Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies Accounts Receivable: + Prepare and send customer invoices + Apply incoming payments and maintain accurate aging reports + Monitor outstanding receivables and follow up on overdue accounts + Assist with collections and payment arrangements as needed General Accounting Support: + Assist with month-end closing activities + Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and reconciliations + Maintain accurate and organized financial records + Support the finance team with additional tasks as needed Requirements 2+ years of AP/AR experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment Experience with MS Dynamics ERP systems is required Degree is Required Strong understanding of basic accounting principles High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and organizational skills Proficiency with MS Excel Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to prioritize, multitask, and meet deadlines Robert Half is the world's first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
