No layoffs and overtime potential available! What we are offering: - $19- $22/HR
- Yearly raises up to 5%
- Quarterly maintenance bonus structure, up to $3,000.00 Per Year!
- On-Call Bonus, $100.00 a week when on-call. Min 1.5 hours of pay for any call.
- $50.00 On Call Bonus paid per day for any major holiday worked

Qualifications : - 2+ years’ experience in apartment maintenance, facilities maintenance, painting, general construction or equivalent (we can train you!)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to help with emergency on call phone coverage
