This role combines creativity with data-driven execution - you’ll lead campaigns, create engaging content, and build a vibrant community that reflects Fittr’s mission in health and fitness. Key Responsibilities ● Develop and manage Fittr’s social media strategy across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, X, etc.). ● Create, curate, and schedule engaging multimedia content that aligns with Fittr’s voice and values. ● Plan and execute paid campaigns to drive awareness, engagement, and lead generation. ● Track and analyze performance metrics; optimize campaigns based on insights. ● Collaborate with design, content, and product teams to deliver impactful campaigns. ● Monitor trends, competitor activity, and audience behavior to refine strategy. ● Actively engage with the community, responding to queries and building relationships. ● Support influencer outreach and partnerships for brand amplification. Qualifications ● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. ● 3-5 years of hands-on experience in social media marketing. Experience in healthcare, fitness, or wellness is a strong plus. ● Strong understanding of paid social campaigns, analytics, and optimization. ● Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills, with a knack for visuals and video content. ● Proficiency in social media management tools (Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.). ● Data-driven mindset with creative problem-solving abilities. ● Proactive and adaptable, thriving in a fast-paced environment.
