Johnny Pistolas is looking for a dependable, organized, and hospitality-driven Bar Lead to help oversee day-to-day bar operations. This role is designed for someone who excels at training, communication, and keeping systems consistent.
Responsibilities:
Support the bar program and ensure consistent execution of all drinks
Train, coach, and mentor bartenders and barbacks on standards and procedures
Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient bar environment
Oversee daily operations, including opening/closing procedures
Collaborate with management to maintain inventory levels and assist with ordering
Monitor service quality to ensure fast, friendly, and consistent guest experience
Uphold compliance with all safety and alcohol service guidelines
Lead by example with a positive, professional attitude
Qualifications:
2+ years of bar experience, including leadership or shift lead responsibilities
Strong communication and coaching skills
High attention to detail and commitment to consistency
Ability to manage a busy bar environment with a calm and supportive approach
Familiarity with POS systems and basic inventory procedures
Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays
