Pay: $18–$22/hour
Location: Broken Arrow
Shift: Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM (shift may vary depending on business needs and weather)

Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Batch Plant Operator to manage the batching of concrete and ensure proper plant procedures are followed. The Batch Plant Operator will operate mixers, maintain inventory, and oversee safe and efficient batching operations. As a Batch Plant Operator , you’ll also work closely with team members to keep the plant running smoothly and address maintenance or supply needs.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Batch concrete using Egan Control systems

• Operate computer systems to receive, analyze, and input data

• Apply knowledge of mix design to production

• Monitor and maintain inventory of materials

• Communicate plant conditions and equipment status to others

• Drive a manual transmission concrete truck as required

• Keep aggregate bins and cement silos full , communicating supply needs

• Troubleshoot mixers and conveyors, reporting maintenance needs

• Climb silos for inventory checks and maintenance

• Follow all safety protocols and maintain compliance

• Document actions, irregularities, and needs to ensure team continuity

• Maintain a clean and safe working environment

Physical Requirements

• Ability to read, write, and speak fluent English

• Must be able to lift, bend, climb, stretch, twist, or reach with body, arms, and legs

• Comfortable working outdoors in hot or cold conditions

• Ability to exert maximum muscle force to lift, push, pull, or carry objects

• Must be able to lift 50 lbs regularly

• Ability to be on feet for 8–12 hour shifts

• Comfortable working in a dusty environment

Must be able to climb ladders and work at heights
