Job Description

We are looking for motivated customer service employees to join our growing team in our new call center. We are seeking an applicant with flexibility to work a varied schedule that includes 7 days a week, with working hours ranging from 6 am to 9 pm.

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Renting storage units and processing related documentation.
  • Receiving and processing tenant payments in a timely manner.
  • Investigating and resolving any tenant complaints or concerns promptly.
  • Collaborating with Hub locations to review paperwork and conduct facility audits.
  • Making collection calls to locations as necessary.
  • Directing incoming mail and delivering it to the correct offices efficiently during working hours.
  • Any other tasks assigned during the shift.

Qualifications:

  • No previous experience is required.
  • Ability to build rapport with tenants.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize.
  • Basic computer knowledge would be very helpful.
  • Driver's license and reliable transportation.
