About the Role
As a Business Development Associate , you’ll play a vital role in identifying new prospects, supporting client engagement efforts, and executing key business development strategies. This entry-level position is perfect for recent graduates or early-career professionals looking to gain hands-on experience in sales, marketing, and client relations , while learning directly from senior leaders and seasoned professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategic growth initiatives
- Identify, research, and engage prospective clients and strategic partners
- Support client-facing activities including presentations, demos, and follow-up communications
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to uncover trends and opportunities
- Assist in creating sales proposals, pitch decks, and other business development materials
- Help manage lead generation campaigns and contribute to client acquisition efforts
- Track KPIs and report on performance metrics to continuously improve strategies
Qualifications
- Strong interest in business development, sales, marketing, or client success
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Self-motivated with a proactive, problem-solving mindset
- Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred, not required)
