Come join our journey! **Responsibilities** Meet the Recruiter: ( Amber Smallwood **What You'll Get To Do:** **Sales & Distributor Management** + Manage all D2C and distributor sales channels relationships. + Track sales data, prepare monthly and quarterly reports, and manage sales forecast accuracy. + Identify and onboard new regional distributors and partners to expand market penetration. **Marketing & Influencer Coordination** + Support social media and ambassador programs, oversee product seeding to influencers and barbers, assist with content creation, campaign planning, and ad performance reporting. **Events & Trade Shows** + Lead planning, logistics, and execution of all trade shows and barber events. + Manage booth setup, branded assets, and post-event lead follow-up to convert opportunities into sales **Operations & Support** + Oversee after-sales coordination, warranty processes, sample inventory, and logistics. Handle contracts, invoices, and ensure smooth operational flow between sales, marketing, and distributors. **Research & Competitive Intelligence** + Conduct ongoing competitor analysis, pricing studies, and collect feedback from barbers to inform product development and marketing strategy. **Channel Growth & GTM Strategy** + Collaborate with product and marketing teams on launch plans, positioning, and pricing strategies to maximize sell-through. + Develop business cases for new opportunities. **Budget & Reporting** + Monitor program spend (events, influencers, POS assets) to ensure ROI, and present results to leadership with recommendations for continuous improvement. **Qualifications** **What You'll Bring:** **Education & Experience** + Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing + Sales Acumen: Proven ability to manage distributor relationships and hit sales targets. + Marketing Savvy: Experience with influencer marketing, content creation, and campaign reporting. + Event Management: Strong background in trade show planning and execution. + Analytical Skills: Proficient in using data to drive decisions, comfortable with Excel and CRM tools. + Communication Skills: Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills with the ability to work cross-functionally. + Project Management: Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines with attention to detail. + Entrepreneurial Mindset: Comfortable in a fast-paced, growing category, with a proactive approach to finding new business opportunities. **Other Requirements** + Travel requirements for trade show (40%) + HQ local preferred + Experience in the Barber Industry **Benefits & Perks - What's In It For You:** Panasonic prioritizes total wellbeing. The wage range of $94,000 - $120,000 is just one component of Panasonic's total package. Actual compensation varies depending on the individual's knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
