Either way, Adelphoi invites you to become a vital part of our In-Home Prevention Treatment and Aftercare (IHPTA) program in Butler County.

We offer flexible scheduling, competitive pay, and a $1,500 sign-on bonus to welcome you aboard!

💼 What You’ll Do:

As a Therapist in our IHPTA program, you’ll:

• Deliver prevention, intervention, and reintegration services to youth and families.
• Collaborate with clients, families, and agencies to assess needs and develop treatment plans.
• Travel to homes and community settings to provide hands-on support and guidance.
• Use evidence-based practices to foster emotional, social, and physical growth.
• Empower caregivers with skills in parenting, budgeting, home care, and employment.
• Provide crisis support and maintain accurate clinical documentation.
• Champion Trauma-Informed Care and represent Adelphoi professionally in meetings and court settings.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders to support long-term success.

🎓 What You Bring:

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or Social Work
• Excellent communication and critical thinking skills
• Comfort with technology and a willingness to learn new systems
• A valid driver’s license and readiness to travel
• Compassion, empathy, and a commitment to making a difference
