We are seeking an enthusiastic Entry-Level Charity Event Assistant to join our team! This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about helping others, enjoy working at live events, and want to build a fulfilling career in nonprofit fundraising, event marketing, and community engagement. No experience required — paid training provided.
Assist with planning, organizing, and executing charity events and fundraising campaigns
Engage with attendees, donors, and community members in a friendly and professional manner
Provide information about nonprofit partners, charity programs, and fundraising initiatives
Support event logistics including setup, breakdown, registration, and activity coordination
Help maintain a positive, welcoming, and mission-focused environment at each event
Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth event operations
Collect attendee feedback and assist with post-event reporting as needed
Outgoing, friendly, and comfortable engaging with the public
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Positive, team-oriented attitude with a willingness to learn
Highly organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Reliable, professional, and motivated to make an impact
Previous event or customer service experience is a bonus—not required
Passion for charity work, community involvement, and helping others
