As a Chat Support Specialist, you will be the frontline ambassador for Stello Foods, helping customers navigate their inquiries and ensuring satisfaction with our products and services. Key Objectives
- Provide prompt, clear, and professional support to customers via chat.
- Resolve customer inquiries related to orders, products, and services efficiently.
- Maintain a positive brand image by delivering excellent service aligned with Stello Foods’ values.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries through chat promptly and courteously.
- Assist customers with product information, order status, and troubleshooting.
- Document customer interactions accurately in the company’s CRM system.
- Identify and escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate departments.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Stello Foods’ products, promotions, and policies.
- Contribute to continuous improvement by providing feedback on common customer concerns.
- Ensure compliance with company guidelines and data protection regulations.
Qualifications & Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.
- Proven experience in customer support, preferably in chat or online communication.
- Strong written communication skills with excellent grammar and spelling.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with CRM software and chat support tools is preferred.
- Problem-solving mindset with patience and empathy toward customers.
- Basic knowledge of the Food & Beverages industry is an advantage.
