Job Description We are seeking an experienced Genesys Cloud IVR Developer with strong hands-on experience in designing and developing IVR call flows across omni-channel environments. The ideal candidate will have deep technical knowledge of Genesys Cloud, integrations, data actions, bot development, and CRM connectivity. This role requires 5 to 8 years of relevant experience with strong analytical, troubleshooting, and configuration skills. Key Responsibilities Design and develop IVR call flows for inbound and outbound voice and chat channels. Create and configure Data Actions and integrations within Genesys Cloud. Integrate CRM platforms such as Salesforce with Genesys Cloud. Build and configure bot flows for inbound channels. Work with Genesys Cloud admin tools to configure platform features. Troubleshoot agent issues and provide Genesys Cloud support. Configure outbound dialer campaigns. Represent call flow logic using Visio diagrams. Utilize basic JavaScript knowledge for understanding or developing scripts.
