High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in machining preferred.
5+ years experience as a CNC Mill Machinist - preference doing Set-Ups and working with A-Axis Rotary Tables, Okuma Controls
Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints and GD&T
Understanding of standard CNC G-Codes
Familiarity with precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, etc.).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
