Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated Communications Agent to join our dynamic team in Los Angeles. In this role, you will be responsible for managing internal and external communications, ensuring consistent messaging across various channels, and building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Develop, edit, and distribute clear and engaging communication materials.
Manage communication channels including email, newsletters, and internal platforms.
Assist in coordinating public relations activities and media outreach.
Collaborate with different departments to ensure alignment of messaging.
Monitor and respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Support event planning and company announcements.
Track and analyze communication performance metrics to improve strategies.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or related field.
1–3 years of experience in communications, PR, or a similar role.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and communication tools.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Team player with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.
