Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Communications Agent to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will manage internal and external communications, support brand messaging strategies, and ensure consistent, high-quality information flow across multiple channels. The ideal candidate will excel in both written and verbal communication, possess excellent organizational skills, and have the ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Develop, edit, and distribute internal and external communications materials.
Coordinate with different departments to ensure consistent messaging.
Manage press releases, newsletters, and corporate announcements.
Monitor media coverage and prepare relevant reports.
Assist in planning and executing communication campaigns and events.
Maintain strong relationships with media contacts and industry partners.
Ensure all communication aligns with company branding and goals.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or related field.
2+ years of experience in a communications or PR role.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with communication tools is a plus.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
