Duties
Duties: Job Summary: - This job classification is only to be used for contingent employee paid by the hour for working on a special project(s) for a limited time period - not to exceed 750 hours worked per calendar year.
Schedule Notes - Highly Urgent Need Candidates will be assisting with training new clients on what lab services provides and the process for those lab services.
- They will be traveling to multiple client locations in a day.
- Most client locations are East of Detroit.
- Candidates will need to be able to answer questions regarding what specimens need collected for which tests to be run and similar.
- Candidates will be going to work site each day to pick up training materials, going to client sites to educate, and returning to the home site at end of shift. Mileage is reimbursable, will be tracked in Kronos timekeeping.
Required - Previous experience in the medical field required with previous lab experience being highly preferred, High School Diploma or equivalent is required with Associate or Bachelors being preferred.
- Candidates must be highly organized, self-starters, problem solvers, and able to function independently.
- We're looking for outgoing persons who have no issues with face-to-face interaction and are able to communicate effectively and professionally in all circumstances.
- This candidate will be representing the lab to new clients and be their first and main point of contact for the program.
- Company is willing to issue a cell phone if requested.
- Managers will be moving quickly as this is an urgent need.
- Possibility of expedited compliance being approved.
