As a Cruise Booking Agent, you’ll work directly with clients to design and book dream cruise vacations. From luxury voyages to family-friendly adventures, you’ll help travelers choose the perfect itinerary, accommodations, and activities—while delivering exceptional customer service every step of the way. This is a commission-based, remote position offering flexibility, training, and the opportunity to grow with one of the largest host travel agencies in the industry.
Consult with clients to understand their travel preferences and recommend the best cruise options
Book cruise packages, including staterooms, dining, excursions, and travel insurance
Provide expert knowledge on cruise lines, ships, destinations, and promotions
Create customized itineraries and travel quotes
Market travel services to attract new clients
Maintain relationships with repeat travelers and deliver top-tier customer service
