Job Description

We are looking for experienced Decorative Plaster Artisans to join our team for upcoming residential and commercial projects in New York and New Jersey.
This role is ideal for skilled professionals who are confident working with high-end decorative finishes and can deliver consistent, detail-oriented results on site.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in decorative plaster or architectural finishes
• Hands-on experience with the following materials: Venetian plaster, Tadelakt, Microcement, Lime wash.
• Strong understanding of surface preparation and finish application
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Portfolio of completed projects is required (photos or links)
