Job Description

Description We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Dispatcher with experience in Accounting to join our team on a contract basis in Roseville, California. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating logistics, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring efficient communication between various stakeholders. This position offers an opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where adaptability and problem-solving skills are essential. Responsibilities: - Coordinate and dispatch service calls efficiently using computer-aided dispatch systems. - Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and providing updates on service requests. - Monitor and track the status of dispatched personnel to ensure timely completion of tasks. - Maintain clear and accurate communication with field staff and other team members. - Handle incoming calls with attention to detail, ensuring customer satisfaction. - Prioritize and schedule service requests based on urgency and available resources. - Document all activities and updates in the dispatch system to maintain accurate records. - Collaborate with team members to optimize routing and logistics. - Identify and resolve any scheduling conflicts or issues promptly. - Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures during all dispatch operations. Requirements - Proven experience in dispatching or a related customer service role. - Proficiency with computer-aided dispatch systems and other scheduling tools. - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. - Ability to multitask and perform well in a fast-paced environment. - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Familiarity with logistics coordination and scheduling. - Ability to remain calm and focused under pressure. - High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in dispatch or logistics are a plus.
