Key Responsibilities: + Control and maintain company documents, ensuring all records are up to date and easily accessible. + Organize and manage document workflows using electronic document management systems. + Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure proper document handling, version control, and compliance with company and regulatory standards. + Assist in onboarding and training team members on document control procedures and systems. + Conduct regular document audits to ensure completeness and accuracy. + Support process improvement initiatives to strengthen document workflow efficiency and security. Requirements Qualifications: + Prior experience as a Document Control Specialist, Document Controller, or in a related administrative records management role is preferred. + Proficiency with document management software and Microsoft Office Suite. + High degree of accuracy and organizational skills. + Ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams. + Strong understanding of compliance and confidentiality in document handling.
