The ideal candidate must have a minimum of **two years of professional driving experience** , an **excellent safety record** , and a **strong commitment to customer service** . The role requires operating a shuttle vehicle, ensuring passenger safety, and providing friendly and professional service. **Key Responsibilities:** + Safely operate a shuttle vehicle to transport passengers between designated locations. + Adhere to all traffic laws, company policies, and safety regulations. + Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and report any maintenance needs. + Provide outstanding customer service by assisting passengers with boarding, luggage, and general inquiries. + Maintain accurate records of trips, mileage, and passenger logs. + Utilize a tablet for route navigation, scheduling, and record-keeping. + Respond to unexpected situations or delays with professionalism and problem-solving skills. + Always maintain a clean and presentable shuttle. **Qualifications & Requirements:** + Minimum **two years of professional driving experience** with a clean driving record. + Valid **driver's license** (CDL may be required based on vehicle type). + Strong knowledge of traffic laws and defensive driving techniques. + Excellent **customer service skills** with a friendly and professional demeanor. + Ability to use a **tablet or other electronic devices** for scheduling and communication. + Ability to assist passengers with mobility needs, if required. + Flexible schedule.
