We’re looking for energetic and organized Entry-Level Event Assistants to support our growing team. This is the perfect opportunity to build real-world experience in event planning, nonprofit outreach, and public engagement —no previous experience required!
You’ll work hands-on at community events, charity fundraisers, and brand activations , helping bring impactful campaigns to life and connecting with the public face-to-face.
Assist in the setup, coordination, and breakdown of live events and outreach campaigns
Support event logistics , including equipment, signage, and materials
Engage with the public to promote nonprofit causes or partner brands
Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming event environment
Provide on-site support to Event Managers and outreach teams
Track attendance, engagement, and other event metrics
Attend team meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and campaign knowledge
Are 18+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
Have strong interpersonal and communication skills
Are organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
Thrive in fast-paced, public-facing environments
Are comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
Are open to local travel and have flexible availability , including some weekends
Are excited to support nonprofit work, community events, and social impact initiatives
