Job Description

We’re looking for energetic and organized Entry-Level Event Assistants to support our growing team. This is the perfect opportunity to build real-world experience in event planning, nonprofit outreach, and public engagement —no previous experience required!

You’ll work hands-on at community events, charity fundraisers, and brand activations , helping bring impactful campaigns to life and connecting with the public face-to-face.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the setup, coordination, and breakdown of live events and outreach campaigns

• Support event logistics , including equipment, signage, and materials

• Engage with the public to promote nonprofit causes or partner brands

• Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming event environment

• Provide on-site support to Event Managers and outreach teams

• Track attendance, engagement, and other event metrics

• Attend team meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and campaign knowledge

• Have strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Are organized, dependable, and detail-oriented

• Are comfortable working both independently and as part of a team

• Are open to local travel and have flexible availability , including some weekends
