Position Overview:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Entry-Level Events Assistant to support our event coordination team in Washington, DC. This role is perfect for someone looking to begin a career in event planning and client engagement, providing hands-on support in organizing and executing client events and activities.
Responsibilities:
Help manage guest check-ins, seating, and event flow to ensure a positive client experience
Assist with preparing printed event materials, agendas, and signage
Provide on-site support during client events and promotional activities
Collect client and guest feedback to share with the internal team
Maintain organized records of event details, schedules, and follow-ups
Provide administrative and clerical support to the events team as needed
