Unilux Brand We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Events Assistant to join our vibrant team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in bringing our various events to life, working closely with the Events Manager to manage logistical details, coordinate with vendors, and ensure that all aspects of events run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning and execution of various events including corporate functions, social gatherings, and community outreach initiatives.
• Coordinate with vendors to secure necessary services such as catering, transportation, and audiovisual equipment.
• Manage event logistics including venue setup, material preparation, and participant registration.
• Provide on-site support during events to ensure everything runs smoothly and efficiently.
• Assist in the development of promotional materials for events and manage social media announcements.
• Maintain accurate records of event budgets, expenses, and participant feedback.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with event management software.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required by event schedules.
• Detail-oriented mindset with a passion for creativity and innovation in event planning
