Job Description
The Events Assistant will play a vital role in supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of client events, promotional activations, and internal initiatives. Working closely with our Events Manager and Creative Teams, you will ensure each project is executed with attention to detail, efficiency, and impact.
Responsibilities
Assist in the preparation, planning, and delivery of in-person and promotional events
Coordinate logistics such as venue booking, vendor communications, materials procurement, and setup
Monitor event timelines and ensure all aspects run smoothly on event day
Support post-event wrap-up including evaluations, reporting, and feedback collection
Maintain and update internal documents, project trackers, and budgets
Act as a liaison between departments to ensure cross-functional alignment
Provide hands-on support during events, including managing guest check-ins, staff coordination, and troubleshooting
Qualifications
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Communications, Marketing, or a related field
1+ year of experience in events coordination or administrative support (internships accepted)
Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities under tight deadlines
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work evenings or weekends when required for events
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic familiarity with project management tools
