Role: Salesforce Data Engineer Data Governance Focus Location: Mostly Remote with some onsite meetings in Nashville, TN

• Salesforce Certified MuleSoft Developer
• Salesforce Certified Platform Data Architect
• Salesforce Certified MuleSoft Platform Architect

• Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines, ETL processes, integrations, and APIs between Salesforce and external systems.
• Optimize data ingestion, transformation, and processing in alignment with Salesforce data architecture best practices.
• Define and implement strategies for data storage, normalization, and performance optimization across multiple Salesforce instances.
• Lead data modeling efforts across Salesforce Clouds, including Public Sector Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
• Oversee data migration, deduplication, and cleansing initiatives to maintain data consistency, accuracy, and integrity.
• Design and deploy AI-powered agents that leverage Salesforce data for decision support, customer service automation, and workflow enhancement.
• Partner with AI/ML teams to integrate predictive models and generative AI solutions (e.g., Einstein GPT, LLM-based assistants) into Salesforce environments.
• Coordinate and implement data governance frameworks and best practices focused on Salesforce data ecosystems.
• Collaborate with product owners, business units, and stakeholders to align data governance strategies with organizational objectives.
• Support the development and enforcement of data standards, naming conventions, stewardship models, business glossaries, data dictionaries, and metadata management for key Salesforce assets.
• Provide documentation, guidance, and best practices for integrations, data cleansing, and deduplication initiatives.
