Job Description

Job Title: Graphic Designer Position Overview: The Graphic Designer will collaborate with a team of creative professionals and cross-functional departments to deliver high-quality print-ready artwork. This role requires strong attention to detail and expertise in single-pass and multi-pass digital printing, as well as screen print design. The primary responsibility is preparing customer artwork for production, with occasional involvement in special design projects. Key Responsibilities: + Prepare and optimize customer artwork for various print processes, including digital and screen printing. + Collaborate with internal teams and departments to ensure design accuracy and brand consistency. + Execute special design projects as assigned, meeting deadlines and quality standards. + Maintain a thorough understanding of design software and print production workflows. + Ensure all artwork meets technical specifications for single-pass and multi-pass digital printing. + Troubleshoot and resolve design or file issues prior to production. Qualifications: + Proficiency in industry-standard design software (Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent). + Strong knowledge of digital and screen print production processes. + Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. + Excellent communication and collaboration skills. + Previous experience in print design or related field preferred + Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Wauwatosa, WI. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $29.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
