Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Graphic Designer to join our team full-time. The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating visual concepts and designs that align with our clients' branding and marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design work, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with clients and our team to understand their branding and marketing goals and develop creative design solutions that align with their objectives
• Create visual concepts and designs for various projects including logos, branding materials, marketing collateral, social media graphics, and website designs
• Utilize industry-standard design software to create high-quality and professional designs
• Collaborate with our copywriters and marketing team to ensure that designs effectively communicate the desired message
• Present design concepts to clients and incorporate their feedback into final designs
• Stay up-to-date with design trends, techniques, and software to continuously improve and evolve our design capabilities
• Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in an agency setting
• Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design work
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
• Knowledge of HTML and CSS is a plus
