Main r esponsibilities:

  • Provide full administrative and payroll services to employer and 400 employees in accordance with the Labor Code and other applicable laws and regulations, as well as in accordance with the Company's internal regulations and procedures

  • Administering time and attendance: vacation policies, employees’ entitlements, schedules, sickness absence

  • Timely completion of monthly/annual post-payroll activities including employee payroll/tax/social security and PPK payments and reporting submissions, payroll reconciliation with Accounting, etc.

  • Preparation and execution of actions for SOX control

  • Participation in internal and external inspections and audits

  • Handling of the Company Social Benefits Fund

  • Preparation of regular HR reports and analyses

Experience & qualifications :

  • At least 3 years of experience in HR and payroll in a manufacturing company

  • Excellent knowledge of Polish labour law, tax and payroll regulations

  • Solid understanding of payroll and HR administration best practices

  • Expertise in operating Płatnik software, MS Word and Excel

  • Familiarity with Xpertis Kadry I Płace will be an advantage

  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving

  • As an asset: knowledge of English at conversational level
