Position Summary: To professionally install residential heating and air conditioning systems providing the customer with a high quality experience and a reliable system to meet their home comfort needs.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Able to install boilers and hydronic equipment.
  • Provide exceptional customer service.  Able to interact with the homeowners while completing installations.
  • Provide project leadership with less experienced helpers to complete install projects.
  • Focus on safety for self and others.
  • Other special projects.
What the Successful Candidate will have: 
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • 3+ years’ experience in residential HVAC installation or repair with an emphasis in hydronics.
  • Able to read and  understand blueprints, layouts, diagrams, and wiring schematics.
  • Experience leading apprentices and helpers.
  • Experience managing projects.
  • Proficient understanding of gas and electric boilers, air to water heat pumps, geothermal systems, and other hydronic components.
  • Knowledge of boiler control and safety circuits.
  • Ability to commission, start, and test hydronic systems.
  • Understand and apply all relevant codes.
  • Exceptional Safety knowledge of tools, testing devices and surroundings
  • Have or working towards Washington 06A or 06B specialty license.
  • Proficient computer skills (Word, Excel and Outlook).
  • Ability to lift up to 60 pounds on a frequent basis, and on occasion move and lift heavier items.
  • Excellent organizational skills and a strong attention to detail.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean motor vehicle record.
