As a Nurse Practitioner, you will play a crucial role in providing a variety of patient visits, ranging from Annual Wellness Visits to vaccine appointments, with a generous reimbursement rate per visit.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-home patient visits, providing comprehensive healthcare services
• Utilize the ROADL app for seamless onboarding, appointment scheduling, and payment processing
• Deliver exceptional patient care, ensuring the best possible service
• Perform a variety of visits, including Annual Wellness Visits and vaccine appointments

Qualifications:

• Active New York Nurse Practitioner license
• Board certification
• Home Visit experience
• Proficient use of the ROADL app (training provided)
