Inbound Customer Service Rep
No Experience required!

$500 Signing BONUS! 
$14+ per hour AND $400-$600+ per month bonus

MidAtlantic Finance 
Clearwater, FL (Ulmerton Rd) worksite

We are looking for motivated customer service professionals to work in our fast-paced Corporate HQ located in Clearwater, FL. No Collections Experience is required. We are open to candidates with backgrounds in Food Service, Hospitality, Retail, and Healthcare in addition to Call Centers.

We provide proper training to help you succeed.  Bilingual Spanish/English is preferred but not required.

What You'll Do:

• Communicate with customers via inbound/outbound phone calls daily while maintaining a positive attitude and professional demeanor.
• Maintain good customer relations while collecting payments on past due accounts and negotiate solutions which are mutually beneficial to the customer and the company.
• Perform account maintenance and accurately document all customer activity.
