Job Description

LaSalle Network is partnering with a Chicago-based sports and entertainment organization to identify an Interim Vice President of Human Resources .
This role is all about people, building trust, supporting leaders, and guiding the organization through a strategic change. You will have the opportunity to truly know the team, influence culture, and design people-first initiatives that drive success.
Interim Vice President of Human Resources Responsibilities:
  • Act as a trusted advisor to the executive team, shaping HR strategy and execution
  • Foster a positive, transparent culture through empathetic leadership
  • Lead recruiting for critical positions
  • Roll out performance management and goal-setting programs
  • Oversee employee relations and maintain compliance across all HR functions
  • Collaborate with external partners on payroll and benefits administration
Interim Vice President of Human Resources Requirements:
  • 10+ years of progressive HR leadership, including VP-level experience
  • Skilled in balancing high-level strategy with hands-on execution
  • Deep expertise in recruiting, employee relations, and performance management
  • Trusted, steady leader able to connect across all levels of the business
  • Experience with HRIS systems (ADP preferred)
