CLIENT'S REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
* Bachelor's degree in Special Education or related field.
* Pennsylvania teaching certification in Special Education.

CLIENT'S REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
* Develop and implement lesson plans aligned with students' IEPs.
* Monitor and assess student progress to adjust instructional strategies.
* Work with general educators, specialists, and parents to support student success.
* Address and manage behavioral issues to maintain a positive learning environment.
* Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local regulations for special education.
