About the Role:
We are seeking a Techno-Functional Product Owner (SAP FS-CD) to join our team supporting the business and Experience Owner. The ideal candidate will combine strong SAP functional expertise with hands-on product ownership experience to drive business value and deliver scalable business solutions. This is a key role interfacing between business stakeholders and Agile delivery teams translating complex business requirements into actionable product features, ensuring timely delivery of technology solutions that support our strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the Product Owner for SAP Financial Services Collections and Disbursements (FS-CD) capabilities.
Partner closely with business stakeholders and Experience Owner to translate business needs into epics, features, and user stories aligned with product strategy.
Lead backlog prioritization, grooming, and sprint planning for Agile teams.
Ensure end-to-end solution design and delivery meets business and compliance requirements.
Support ongoing SAP enhancements, integrations, and incident resolution across related modules.
Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for automation, simplification, and operational efficiency.
Communicate product vision, roadmap, and release plans to cross-functional teams and leadership.
Act as the bridge between IT and business, ensuring clarity, traceability, and timely delivery of commitments.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
5+ years of hands-on experience with SAP, with a strong focus on the FS-CD (Financial Services Collections and Disbursements) module.
Proven experience as a Product Owner in a fast-paced, Agile environment.
Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into technical deliverables and manage product backlogs.
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban) and tools such as JIRA.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
Group Insurance industry experience is a strong asset.
