Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated Mail Room Office Clerk to manage daily mail operations, including sorting and processing outgoing shipments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling money and must pass a Level 2 background check. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to lift packages weighing up to 50 pounds.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform daily mail sorting and internal/external mail runs.
  • Process all outgoing mail and express shipments efficiently.
  • Handle money transactions accurately.
  • Follow verbal and written instructions clearly.
  • Maintain effective communication with supervisors and stakeholders.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook (1+ year required).
  • Experience sorting mail (1+ year required).
  • Experience handling money (1+ year required).
  • Strong data entry skills.
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs comfortably.
