Position Overview

Upper Echelon is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Marketing Intern to join our team for a full-time, 3-month internship. This role offers hands-on experience in startup marketing, brand building, and growth strategy within a fast-paced, remote environment.

What Youll Do

• Assist in the development and execution of marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive user acquisition

• Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify potential target audiences

• Create and curate engaging content for social media, website, and email campaigns

• Collaborate with the design team to produce visually compelling marketing assets

• Support the planning and execution of virtual events and webinars

• Track, analyze, and report on marketing campaign performance, offering insights for optimization

• Assist the sales team with marketing materials and lead generation initiatives

• Stay up to date on industry trends, tools, and emerging marketing techniques

What Were Looking For

• Interest in AI applications, startups, venture capital, or investing

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment

• Curious, resourceful, and eager to learn new tools and technologies

• Experience with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, MidJourney, Notion AI) is a plus but not required

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong organizational and time-management abilities

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media platforms

• Familiarity with design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus

• Ability to collaborate effectively while also working independently

• Passion for marketing and a strong desire to learn and contribute
