Shift: 6:30 PM - 7:15 AM
Experience - 24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
- Must have at least 12 months of Medical Surgical Unit experience within the past 3 years.
- Experience with Epic is required from last 18 months.
- Trauma Level 2 experience is required from any number of months
Requirements - Candidates must have a Arizona license or compact license (required for submission).
- This role may require floating to additional units and locations
- Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >100 miles from facility to be submitted.
- Flu vaccination required after submission. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted.

Required Skills/Experience - Experience Requirement: Floating experience does not count toward experience requirement. Correctional facility experience does not count toward experience requirement.
Required Credentials - Cannot have an employment gap in the past 4+ months.
- Resume: Each employment history entry must include all the following: detailed duties, hospital size, unit size, trauma level (if applicable), patient ratio, teaching facility. Any employment gaps greater than 30 days must be explained.
Special Requests: Travel pairs cannot request the same schedule
Shift & Scheduling - Weekend Requirement: Every other.
- Call or a Standby requirement: Low Census On Call.
- Can pick up additional shifts.
Floating Requirements: MedSurg, stable low acuity in ICU, RDU and Foothills clinic RDU.
5 days maximum time off. Facility holidays: 01/01/2025, 11/27/2025, 12/25/2025. Number of holidays allowed off: 1. Start assignment restriction: 14 days
1 reference from last 3 years (Manager/Supervisor reference type) - required for submission
1 reference from last 12 months (Charge/Lead reference type) - required for submission
Driver’s license required for submission
