Job Title: Medicare Sales Representative

Location: In-Office in Forest Lake MN
Job Type: Full-Time
Compensation: Base + Commission & Bonus

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Medicare Sales Representative to help seniors and eligible individuals navigate their Medicare options. In this role, you will educate clients on Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement, and Prescription Drug Plans, ensuring they feel confident and supported in their healthcare decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Educate clients on Medicare plans and coverage options in a clear, ethical, and compliant manner
• Conduct one-on-one consultations (in person, over the phone, or virtually)
• Generate and follow up on qualified leads (we provide leads)
• Maintain accurate client records and documentation
• Stay current on Medicare regulations, products, and compliance standards
• Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals
• Provide excellent customer service before, during, and after enrollment

Qualifications

• Active Health Insurance License (or willingness to obtain)
• AHIP certification (preferred or required upon hire)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to explain complex information in a simple, friendly way
• Self-motivated with strong time-management skills
• Sales experience preferred (insurance, healthcare, or customer service a plus)
• High ethical standards and commitment to compliance
