Lights, camera, CONVERSIONS! Inno Supps is on the lookout for a creative powerhouse who can do more than just hit record and trim timelines. We're talking about a Video Editor / Motion Graphics Designer who lives and the intersection of creativity and performance, and knows how to make scroll-stopping content that sells.
As the visual engine behind our Content Paid Ads team, you'll craft thumb-stopping video ads, sizzling motion graphics, and stackable content that grabs attention and drives clicks across social platforms...and beyond. You'll collaborate with our marketing and content teams to bring bold ideas to life all while staying laser-focused on our brand voice, performance goals, and what makes our audience say, "I NEED that!"
What Will You Do?
• Take video projects from concepts to "OMG, THAT'S FIRE" in post-production.
• Chop, splice, and polish raw footage into high-performing, platform-optimized content for paid ads.
• Create eye-catching motion graphics that elevate your edits and make our brand POP OFF.
• Bring fresh ideas and creative input to brainstorming sessions - anywhere from your weirdest, wildest, most brilliant concepts.
• stay ahead of video trends, meme culture, platform changes, and what's performing in the wild.
• Juggle multiple projects without breaking a sweat - tight turnaround can sometimes be simply part of the game.
• Keep all your files, gear, and footage organized.
• Chaos is the enemy of creativity, so keep the studio space and equipment in tip-top shape.

If You Have
• Expert level skills in Adobe Premier and After Effects-
• Experience creating video content or marketing or advertising-
• Ability to add motion graphics that don't just look cool - they drive action -
• Killer attention to detail -
• Self-starter energy with a "figure it out and make it better" mindset -
