JOB OVERVIEW:
Are you passionate about caring for children and making a difference in families’ lives? Join our growing team of dedicated caregivers in the Fremont/Newark/Hayward/Union City/Alameda area !

We are looking for reliable, kind-hearted, and flexible individuals who enjoy working with kids, whether you're a college student, a working professional with a flexible schedule, or someone looking to earn extra income doing something meaningful.

REQUIREMENTS (or willingness to complete):

• At least 18 years old.
• Registration with Trustline.
• CPR / First Aid Certification.
• Background Check through Accurate.
• TB Test.
• Ability to communicate in English (written and spoken).

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

• Experience with infants, toddlers, or school-age children.
• Punctual, dependable, and great communication skills.
• Ability to adapt to various family needs and routines.
• Experience working with children with disabilities (e.g., Autism, ADHD) is a plus, but not required.
• Speaking additional languages is also a plus.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide attentive, safe, and engaging care to children.
• Plan age-appropriate activities, playtime, or quiet time.
• Assist with light meal/snack prep or feeding as needed.
• Follow family routines and bedtime/naptime schedules.
• Keep children’s areas tidy and clean up after play.
• Communicate with parents or guardians about the child’s day.
• Ensure safety at all times, especially during outings or transitions.
