As a Network Administrator at BDR Solutions LLC, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and security of our network infrastructure. You will be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting network systems, as well as implementing and monitoring security measures to protect sensitive data. Your technical expertise and attention to detail will be essential in optimizing network performance and reliability.

Job Responsibilities:

• Designing, configuring, and maintaining network hardware and software
• Monitoring network performance and identifying potential issues
• Implementing security measures to protect the network from cyber threats
• Troubleshooting network problems and outages
• Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth network operations
• Managing user access controls and permissions
• Performing regular backups of network data

Essential Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• Relevant certification such as CCNA, CompTIA Network+, or equivalent
• Strong knowledge of network protocols and technologies
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively

Desired Experience:

• 1-2 of experience in network administration
• Experience working with healthcare or government systems is a plus
• Familiarity with disaster relief operations and IT support
