TES Staffing is looking for a motivated self-starter who’s eager to learn the ropes of HR operations in a fast-paced, people first environment.
No HR experience? No problem! We’ll train the right person who brings curiosity, confidence, and a willingness to grow.

Lead 3 onboarding sessions per week for new hires—making every experience professional and welcoming
Send daily clearance requests and process new hire folders within 24 hours
Support recruiting efforts by reviewing candidates and reposting open roles weekly
Propose process improvements to make our workflows faster, smarter, and more efficient
Partner with HR and compliance teams to keep everything accurate and audit-ready
Jump in to help with staffing needs and internal projects when needed
Bachelor’s degree (or relevant experience)
Strong organization and attention to detail
Confidence using computer systems and email for data entry and communication
Comfortable working with diverse teams and fast-changing priorities
Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and fearless curiosity
