We’re looking for a full-time coach who embodies these values and delivers the best hour of our clients’ day.

Position: Semi-Private Personal Training Coach

As a Movement Fitness coach, you will lead semi-private training sessions (typically 5-6 clients), build meaningful relationships, and provide individualized coaching inside a small-group environment. You will adapt on the fly, communicate clearly, and guide clients toward long-term success.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead high-quality semi-private training sessions
• Deliver individualized coaching within a small group
• Modify workouts based on client needs and abilities
• Track progress and support clients with accountability
• Build strong relationships rooted in trust and communication
• Help clients set, pursue, and achieve meaningful goals
• Uphold Movement Fitness standards, systems, and core values
• Assist with program adjustments and testing
• Contribute to an energetic, supportive, and fun training culture

Qualifications

Required:

• Personal training certification (NASM, NSCA, ACE, ISSA, etc.) OR relevant degree
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to motivate, connect, and lead confidently
• Professional, dependable, and growth-minded

Preferred:

• Experience in strength training, functional fitness
• Knowledge of movement quality and regressions/progressions
• Additional certifications in nutrition, mobility, or mindset coaching
• Experience working with adults or small-group training

Pay: $35,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year

Experience:
