Requirements: 

• 5+years extensive acute care clinical experience
• Ability to mix compounds
• Doctoral of Pharmacy (Pharm D)
• Completion of ASHP accredited PGY1 Pharmacy Residency inOncology is STRONGLY preferred.
• Board Certification Oncology Pharmacist (BCOP) Certification is requiredis STRONGLY preferred
• Must demonstrate the ability to work independently, withoutdirect supervision within established policy.
• Applicant must be capable of supervising the work of support personnel.
• Specialty Pharmacy medication management
• Traveler must have their own vehicle for this need
• Perm address
• MACHINERY, TOOLS & EQUIPMENT Pharmacy and hospital computer systems
• Alaris Smart Pump
• Pharmacy automated medication dispensing systems
• Vertical and horizontal laminar air flow hoods
• Ancillary IV room equipment and programs; infusion pumps, DoseEdge, Simplify797
• Ancillary equipment necessary for performing day-to-day tasks

(syringe, needle, graduate, calculator)

• Vocera Badge
• Fax machine
• BLS (AHA)
