Physician Assistant OR Nurse Practitioner Dallas, TX
REMOTE- TELEMED
$145k-$155k (DOE)
We are looking for a motivated Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our medical group providing remote- telehealth for our medical practice in Frisco, TX. Our ideal Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner is health minded, comfortable working within an integrated setting, collaborating with a knowledgeable and well-respected team of professionals, to offer a comprehensive approach to our patient's health and wellness goals. Ideally, we are seeking a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner who has an understanding of TRT and knowledge of hormone use in both men and women and must have ability to prescribe hormones like testosterone. This position is 100% remote, telehealth in which the provider can work from home. We are flexible in our need with no restrictions as to where the provider is located.

Duties:
-Patient consultation
-Order and review tests/labs- review results of the blood work with the patients
-Diagnosis and treatment plan formulation, assess the hormone needs of the patients
-Patient education as to diagnosis and treatment options
-Manage patient care- prescribing treatments based on needs
-Documentation and progress notes
-Answer patient calls as needed
-Collaboration with the multidisciplinary team for comprehensive patient care
Requirements:
-Graduation from an accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner program
-PA/NP license in TX
-Experience with use of TRT, knowledge of hormone uses in both men and women
-Must have ability to prescribe hormones like testosterone
Schedule:
-Full time (Mon-Friday 9-5)
Compensation:
-$145k-$155k (DOE)
