Police Dispatcher/Dallas (75231) ~ TLETS Required!  CornerStone Staffing has partnered with one of the largest faith-based, nonprofit health care delivery systems in the United States & I am recruiting for a Police Dispatcher in Dallas (75231).   Police Dispatcher Requirements: ~ Texas Law Enforcement Telecommunications System Certification (TLETS) ~ Lenel Software ~ physical security solutions, including access control, video surveillance, and mobile credentialing ~2+ years of police dispatch experience ~ Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written ~ Ability to multitask and work effectively under high-pressure situations ~ Proficiency with computer systems ~ Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities ~ High School Diploma or GED   ~Flu Shot REQUIRED~ ~ON-SITE~   COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE Pay: $25/hr Schedule: Wednesday–Sunday, 2:00PM–10:30PM (MON/TUES OFF) Weekends, on-call, and OT may be required Start Date: ASAP Job ID: 151463   ROLE IMPACT Supporting the safety and security of patients, staff, and visitors Ensures rapid response and clear communication during emergencies while maintaining accurate records to support public safety operations   KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Receive and coordinate emergency and non-emergency calls for service • Dispatch officers and emergency services using radio, phone, or CAD systems • Operate and monitor security systems, surveillance cameras, and access control • Maintain detailed logs and prepare reports for incidents and investigations • Serve as the first point of contact for incident reports and assistance requests   IMMUNIZATIONS REQUIRED • Flu Shot • TB Vaccination • TDAP Vaccination   PRE-EMPLOYMENT CHECKS • Background Check • Drug Screen • eVerify • 2 professional references required   LEGAL NOTICE By applying for this job, you agree to receive calls, AI-generated calls, text messages, or emails from CornerStone and its affiliates, and contracted partners.
