Process Engineer – Food & Beverage Manufacturing
Salary $100,000 - $135,000 + Bonus + Benefits + Paid relocation to the Upper Midwest

This is a newly created position with minimal travel, offering a fantastic opportunity to own key improvement initiatives. You’ll work with a great team & Engineering Manager. This position is highly visible and there will be opportunities for promotions.
As a Process Engineer , you'll be the technical expert focused on continuous improvement and optimization across our plant. Your primary responsibilities will include:
· Process Optimization : Continually improve and optimize plant processes through performance testing, monitoring, and data analysis.
· Technical Support & Troubleshooting : Provide critical technical support to operations, focusing on operational improvement, technology selection, and troubleshooting production issues.
· Capital Projects : Participate in and lead smaller capital projects, performing cost/benefit analyses, developing technical scopes of work, and managing project budgets to ensure on-time and on-budget completion.
· Data-Driven Decisions : Analyze and interpret data to provide actionable recommendations for Senior Management and drive the implementation of plant improvements.
· Compliance & Safety : Ensure all processes adhere to GMPs, SOPs, FDA, USDA, and OSHA regulations, and actively support our safety programs.
· Communication : Lead, advise, and communicate with all levels of the organization.
Minimum requirements for this Process Engineer position:
· Must have a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
· At least 3 years of experience in a food, beverage, or pharmaceutical (Rx) facility
· Aseptic operations experience is highly preferred, along with Capital Project/Project Management experience.
· Proficiency with AutoCAD
