Physician Affiliate Group of New York (PAGNY) is adding a P art-Time Psychiatrist - Nocturnist - CPEP to the group at NYC Health + Hospitals/North Central Bronx . North Central Bronx Hospital (NCB) has 213 licensed beds. To this day, NCB remains a respected leader in emergency medicine, trauma surgery, burn care, pediatrics, primary care, and women’s health. The hospital also maintains a strong academic affiliation with Albert Einstein College of Medicine to maintain its high healthcare delivery standards.

Our Comprehensive Psychiatric Emergency Program (CPEP) is a state-of-the-art acute service that provides a spectrum of services designed to meet the needs of our diverse clientele, in the most effective and least restrictive manner possible. In addition to providing acute evaluation and stabilization of an adult and geriatric population, it also provides consultation services to the MED, PEDS ED and the Inpatient Medical units. We are seeking an outstanding psychiatrist with clinical leadership and teaching experience and skills. We provide opportunities for leadership/ teaching/learning with an ideal mix of academics and clinical service. There are opportunities for additional paid sessional work, with no mandatory on-call requirement.

Annual Base Salary: $180,600* (board eligible); $186,600* (board certified) based on 24-hour work week. Additional compensation available for extra call or sessional/per diem hours.
The annual total value of the compensation package is estimated at $326,660** (board eligible) and $333,260** (board certified) , which includes the baseline salary, fringe benefits, sessional/per diem hours, and other factors as set forth below:
