Position Summary:

As a Field Recruiter at Employbridge, you will be at the forefront of our talent acquisition efforts, sourcing and placing candidates in roles that align with their skills and career goals. Your bilingual Spanish skills will be essential in engaging with a diverse candidate pool and building strong relationships within the community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies to attract top talent, including community outreach and networking.
• Conduct interviews, assess candidate qualifications, and match them to appropriate job opportunities.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of bilingual Spanish-speaking candidates.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their staffing needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including background checks, drug screenings, and onboarding processes.
• Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Participate in community events and job fairs to promote Employbridge and attract talent.
